circled are cell phone base stations on the roof tops of the public estates which provide housing for low income families. about one third of the hk populations reside in these government-owned public estates. some studies show that these base stations may cause all sorts of health problems including cancer. the tenants, informed or not, don't have much choice but to spend most of their time within a few feet of one of these base stations.
health concern? a well developed cell phone coverage network comes at a price. hey but guess what, u hardly see any base station on the roof tops of those expensive mansions.
